LIVE CHAT FAQ

Clicking through our website, did you notice the Live Chat box in the bottom right-hand corner that says “We’re Online” or “Need help? Ask now!”? That’s a Live Chat; you can speak with an agent from our clinic whenever you need assistance or have a question about the site. One of our representatives will respond within 24 hours.

Generally, our agents responded within moments during their open office hours, but here at MMD, we know how valuable your time is. So we have gathered a list of the most frequently asked question we received on the Live Chats and compiled the questions into this blog. This way we can hopefully get you your answer right away, without having to type out a question and wait for a response from the chat agent.
